ContextLabs provides digital software services, including but not limited to:

• ContextAI – Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) SaaS platform.
• WordPress plugins and related components.
• Associated dashboards, reports, and integrations.

All services are provided online as digital SaaS. We do not ship physical products.

4. Accounts and access

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or receive credentials from us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Our subscription plans and prices for ContextAI and other products may be handled through a global merchant-of-record or payment provider. When you subscribe:

• You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your chosen payment method.
• Billing frequency (monthly, yearly, etc.) will be clearly indicated at checkout.
• Any special refund or cancellation conditions will be shown at the time of purchase.
