We provide digital SaaS services only. There is no physical shipment of goods. Examples include:

  • Access to the ContextAI SaaS platform and dashboards.
  • Use of the ContextAI WordPress plugin connected to our backend.
  • Generation of AEO reports, schemas, and llms.txt outputs.

2. Subscriptions and billing

When our public plans go live, subscriptions and one-time purchases may be processed via a third-party merchant-of-record or payment provider. The specific terms (price, billing cycle, trial period, and refund conditions) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

3. General refund principles

As a general principle for digital SaaS:

  • If a free trial or free audit is offered, you are encouraged to evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan.
  • For paid subscriptions, refund eligibility (full or partial) will depend on the plan and conditions shown at checkout.
  • In case of clear technical issues on our side that prevent normal use of the service for a prolonged period, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund for the affected billing period.
